Holding down stakes should be used to prevent un-authorised moving of the sightscreen; also in windy conditions to prevent the screen from being blown over.

The correct way to move a sightscreen either mesh or plastic
The correct way to move a sightscreen, either mesh or plastic is for three people to lift it at one end to around waist height. Make sure the pins and clips are fitted first. Push the sightscreen forward, steering is quite easy with one end lifted off the ground. One person can push the screen easily in a straight line without the need of lifting; however, on no account should the screen be moved in this way in any other direction other than straight. This would result in a damaged crossrail holding bracket, however the holding bracket should be checked for damage regularly regardless.
